A hot blast stove is one of the main accessories of a food dryer. A good hot blast stove plays a different role in a food dryer. No matter what refractory materials are used to build a food dryer hot blast stove, it is necessary to bake it before use.

1. The cloth air plate of the hot blast stove for the food dryer should be drilled with a 20mm thick steel plate and fixed under the furnace frame with bolts. The gap between the hoods should be filled with heat-resistant concrete of about 60 mm thickness.

2. The effective size of the door of the hot blast stove for the food dryer is 40*50 mm. The furnace door center and furnace bed distance are generally 90-100 mm. The observation door should be set above the furnace door so that the operator can directly observe the combustion gap in the furnace in the control room, and adjust the amount of coal feeding and air blowing in time.

3. in order to monitor the temperature of hot air in the food dryer, a thermocouple should be installed at the feed port of the food dryer, and the temperature range is 0-10℃.

4. When the grain dryer carries out the down-flow drying operation, the feed port should be located on the top of the hot blast stove, the location of the discharge port should depend on the transportation direction of the dry material, and the door frame of the hot blast stove should be placed on the concrete beam of the brick wall outside the furnace body.
