A gas burner with an air supply system, ignition system, detection system, fuel system, and electronic control system of five systems, is a new type of equipment to obtain hot air, the use of fuel through the burner direct combustion after high purification treatment to form hot air, and direct contact with the material heating drying. The fuel consumption of this method is about half less than that of steam or other indirect heaters. Therefore, in the case of not affecting the quality of drying products, you can use direct high-purification hot air. After the fuel combustion reaction, the high-temperature combustion gas is further contacted with the outside air, mixed to a certain temperature, directly into the drying chamber, contact with the material to be dried, heating, and evaporation of water, so as to obtain dry products.
